Courtyard Palm Desert

They were doing construction on the rooms on the second floor by where we were so we got woke up to been pounding with hammers in the morning and I just wish that they had to be there started later or not put us near construction I had my disabled brother with me and he didn't understand what was going on

I have my disabled brother with me and they put his on the second floor where they were doing construction every time they were begging with the hammers it woke him up and he didn't really understand what was going on I had asked for a first floor because of his disabilities and they said they didn't have any yet the person right before me they asked him if he wanted a bottom level floor

Good location

We checked in at 4 pm and were asked if we wanted to be on the first, 2nd, or 3rd floor. We said we were flexible. We were given a room that ended up being right next to a bunch of rooms that were being remodeled. Were woken up early by heavy construction noise and whining carpet strippers/vacuums. The doors to the rooms were wide open. It was SUPER loud. The room we were given should never have been available to guests (see picture…we were right next to 6+ rooms being remodeled). Management didn’t do anything to make it right when I told them. Lousy night sleep. This place cares only about making money and does not care at all about customers. They will try to sell you any room…even if they shouldn’t.

Location

TV didn’t work. I tried to call front desk. The phone didn’t work. Next day the man at front desk offered breakfast because of TV not working. That was nice. However, the following day TV not working again & phone never worked.

Went for a work trip. Great amenities.

Staff was A+

Not much open resturant wise in this area. But property exceeded expectations.

Rooms are "thin". It's easy to hear everything above and from the rooms to the sides. Cheap construction. Did not sleep well because of noisy neighbors

Room clean area quiet close to food and highway.

Staff was very friendly. Bed was comfy. Everything was great, but, the refrigerator was horrible, it was tiny and did not keep things cold!
