Kompliziertes Einchecken-Appartement nicht geputzt-mangelnde Elektrik in einem Schlafzimmer (komplizierte Verkabelung durch das Zimmer mit Verlängerungen und Blitze aus der Steckdose),keine Aufhängung für den Duschkopf-ein Toaster wäre auch nett gewesen.

Perfect location

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the accommodation. The kitchen was completely inadequate for the number of people – it was practically unusable for a larger group. Several doors were broken and wouldn’t close properly, which affected both comfort and privacy. The windows couldn’t be securely shut due to damaged mechanisms, which worsened the overall sense of safety. The security of the property was extremely poor – the main entrance door on the ground floor could not be locked at all, which unfortunately led to us being robbed during our stay. Hygiene was also at a very low level – there was mold in the shower, the sink was clogged, and the bathroom doors couldn’t be locked. In addition, there wasn’t even a basic trash bin in the apartment, which only emphasized the general neglect of the place. For the price, we expected a much higher standard. Sadly, we cannot recommend this accommodation. P.S.: The foosball table shown in the pictures was not in the apartment. On top of that, the owner did not answer the phone, which only made things worse.

Space and facility was good and comfortable. Location was nice as there were shops nearby and just walking distance to the main road, easy to get onto public transportation.

Most of the door locks weren’t working. Unfortunately during our stay the elevator didn’t work fully? We stayed on the 4ᵗʰ floor. Coming up from ground floor was no problem. But we couldn’t get the elevator to come up to the 4ᵗʰ floor when we wanted to go down. I had to go down to ground floor by stairs, get in the elevator then go to the 4ᵗʰ floor.
