Absolutely nothing!

I was charged $1200 for my room and I’ve been waiting a week for a refund from them. The room they gave us felt dirty and smelled. My daughter went to go into the pool every single towel she grabbed was used and dirty. Staff has no idea what they are doing. As of today I still haven’t received my refund and am being told there is nothing they can do. My stay went from $454 to $1200 in the matter of hours!
