Hotel Real de Lua

Bien en general, buena atención y limpieza, instalaciones cuidadas, solo el cuarto un poco pequeño, alberca a temperatura ambiente, una parte aún en construcción, pero en general es recomendable.

Solo le falta un elevador, por lo demas todo esta excelente, mantengan su nivel de servicio e instalaciones siempre. Definitivamente si volveremos

Me and my friend stayed. I did not know Spanish but my friend did. Front desk guy was great and helpful. Rooms where clean and tidy. Always had hot water and the VIEW IS STUNNING!!!!! Both from the room and the rooftop. The hotel has no elevator so having a super large overly packed suitcase was a challenge but the front desk guy did offer if I wanted to stay on the bottom floor or the 3rd floor. I opted for the 3rd top floor anyway and it was worth it because waking up and seeing that stunning view from your bed was beyond amazing. Let me tell you that the secret to seeing the heart of everything is waking up at 6am, going to the rooftop and seeing all the birds flying around after waking up, hearing the roosters and dogs. I am not sure what kind of birds are in Xilitla but they sound amazing. They don't serve breakfast but that is ok because I would rather support the small businesses as well which are just down the road. Super nice to visit here from Canada! I felt safe even when I went out after 12 midnight. I would stay here again and recommend anyone to stay here if you want an incredible view and you have no exceptions or are not high maintenance. This is no Hilton hotel but beyond better than Hilton for the vibes, character and view. I give this hotel a 10 of 10! Property is amazing. The only thing I would say is driving up to the parking area to the hotel, because it is in a back alley, is extremely challenging and road not well maintained.

El personal amable, pero el hotel cuenta con pocos servicios. La ropa de cama no me pareció limpia
