"Avoid this property"

This property is in dire need of renovation. Overall, it is shabby, dirty and damaged. The are unpleasant odors throughout the interior of the property. The lobby looks really bad. The walls are dented and the paint is peeling. The lobby furniture is stained and damaged. The pool was unavailable and looks like a toxic green swamp. In our suite, the cover on the toilet tank was the wrong size and shape and didn't fit the tank. The shower head permanently drips at a high rate, causing water to splash all over the floor. The kitchen faucet was broken and pulled entirely off the base when trying to use it. The living room furniture was disgusting. Both the couch and the chair were stained, damaged and they had a foul odor. All of the drapes were unattached from their pull tracks at one or more sections, so they didn't close evenly. We will never stay here again. We were extremely unsatisfied with our stay.

"A quick trip to Tampa"

We had a pleasant stay. The only thing that was disappointing was the pool was GREEN and not swimmable. Location was great a couple of minutes away from Busch Gardens and Adventure Island.

The property is in need of repair. The phones in my room couldn't work although they tried to fix them. The carpet throughout needs changing as it's old and smelly. There also needs to be proper breakfast and not bagged mixrowave food. Could also do with a paint job in the rooms.

"Worst Marriott in my life"

I've been loyal to Marriott since 1989. This property is definitely not up to Marriott Quality Control standards. Dirty carpets, questionable sheets, and a toilet that rocked back and forth as you sat on it. This morning I woke up and noticed a plastic bag placed around the smoke detector in the ceiling. Very surreal.

"Linda the Great!"

Linda was very helpful & super kind upon arrival - I was extremely early for my reservation. Linda & Front desk woman went to every length to find a room. Linda made sure I was fed as well :) 💯 & 🙂!

"Breakfast staff Linda"

Linda the breakfast staff was amazing!!! She was so kind and made us feel very welcomed!! She talked with us a while and made sure we had everything we needed. She even made sure the kids were ok as well. This was an excellent experience as I had a rough week before staying here. She definitely lifted my spirits. GIVE HER A RAISE!!!

Room needs updating. It was clean, but drawers don’t shut properly, outlets are loose, carpet pulls, general wear and tear, but on the moderate to severe side.

Staff was really nice. The room was pretty clean but had a few things that needed cleaning. I don’t know why but I was given a handicap equipped room that needed cleaning in the bathroom ( the walls had something stuck on them behind the toilet the paint was really bandaged up. As a woman who wears makeup I had no counter to put my toiletries or makeup on while getting ready.
