Quality Inn & Suites Lafayette

oms were spacious but not sure they were recently cleaned, there was ashes on the hot tub in a room that was non smoking. We choose this hotel for the indoor pool but it was ice cold and un swimmable.

No ice machines and room had bugs requested them to spray but they never did

When I arrived, I had to call to get someone to check me in. The hostess had had to go clean my room before I checked in. She did an excellent job! The hair dryer was missing, so the sweet lady got me a brand new one to use. The ice machine was broken and I was told it had been broken a while. Even though it wasn't raining outside, it rained inside my room -- right in the center of the room. The front desk lady said told me to call Expedia and tell them I didn't stay and that she would verify it. I told her I couldn't lie about it, besides the room was a no refund style booking. Then she said I would get a full room credit on my rewards program, which, by the way, I didn't get. Unfortunately, the guests were the scariest parts -- yelling at each other like uncouth rabid humans with no good up-bringing. Such a shame. The hotel itself was undergoing construction and is a beautiful building. If I knew the clientele would be different, I would probably enjoy staying there again. The 2 hostesses were extremely kind and tried to keep the "loud", obnoxious upstairs attendees from scaring off the few other customers.

the staff was very rude and even cussing. There was a smell of rotting meat in the hallway,the toilet did not flush and we stayed out tell 11pm and found a gang of people in the parking lot including hookers. Stay away from this place.

Not very clean and had to change rooms due to large stains on bedding. Other room had damaged walls and appliances.

The rooms were dirty. There was graffiti on the walls in the rooms. Half the lights didnt work the shower dripped amd there was mold and dirt in all the cabinets the towels and sheets were stained . Also the breakfast was a joke they aera was dirty no plates dirty tables counters and worst of all the whole serving equipment was filthy. I complained to the manager in the morning and the check in night but they didnt care and just sat at the front desk.

Staff was good but someone tried to burn the hotel down while I was in my room Had to exit the hotel while they put out the fire and air it out

It was a nice stay

There was no breakfast in the morning by 7:30am and they did no replenish empty trays, they didn't have disposable plates. My room didn't have a towel mat for the floor in the shower. The staff is nice, it's just badly managed.

There were roaches and no towels. went ask for some they gave my baby wet ones. Didn’t feel clean so had to book at another hotel. iv been calling all morning to speak with manager for refund
