Someone left old food in the refrigerator 😱 AC didn’t work 😢 had to change rooms I was charged twice for the room and $100.00 deposit??

"Sulphur Stay"

Nice hotel.Updated and modern. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Elevator cleanliness and question was marginal. Rest of the building was exceptional

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL"

Mildew and foul smells entering the lobby. Stained, dirty bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels. There was no manager available to assist. I was denied a refund, only 10% discount.

I prepaid for my room through Expedia. At check in, the rep was friendly, but he charged my card for my stay instead of just charging the incidental fee. My room was clean, but the property could use some updating. Sheets and towels were clean, but had some yellow stains. I wouldn't consider it up to Wyndham standards.
