Noise at night was terrible, tvs could be heard in other rooms as well as talking, walls seemed paper thin, there shouting and fighting in corridors. Complained to the receptionist who did apologise but it was still noisy at night. Soundproof rooms, certainly not.

Entrance check in desk hotel restaurant and the to go area was lacking in appeal

We only stayed for a couple hours over night to catch an early flight in the morning. The person at the front desk was fantastic, the security guard was also great!! Felt very welcome by both. Front desked helped a lot

Staff were excellent with friendly service throughout our stay. Excellent location for getting in and out of Downtown Boston with a lovely beach for swimming on the doorstep

The protocol for breakfast with service at a counter and uncertainty of what was included or not seemed like it could have been improved.

Needs upgrade and better seating for food. Needs a restaurant There was not an airport shuttle on arrival. $40 uber ride

The staff were very accommodating and understanding. Definitely gave great customer service.

The property well the rooms smelled bad. Me and family changed room 3 times upon check in and were disappointed that these rooms are not clean to my expectations. There was so much dust on the bed frame, lamp, clock, bed frame and phone to call them. I took pictures to show them and the bed omgggg was so uncomfortable. I basically tossed and turned all night. This was not a pleasant stay and the definitely would not recommend anyone to stay if unless you’re staying for a night and leaving the next day.
