Good location

The hotel does not appear well kept. It seems worn and cluttered.

The reception desk staff was warm and welcoming and the cookie was a nice gesture.

The initial person I spoke to at the reception desk was not very pleasant, I was asked to pay a refundable deposit, but there seemed to be some issue with my payment card. I was given til the following morning to rectify my card issue. When I went to the reception the following morning, I was greeted by Francisco. He told me there was no payment issue. I’ve had multiple interactions with Francisco since then, and most recently him and Emily. Both so nice. Every morning I get my coffee at the in-house Starbucks. The staff there are also incredibly friendly. The quality of the room decor is a bit sub par. The shower curtain looks dirty, and some of the rings at the top are broken. There’s also some kind of liquid been spilled down the wall next to the bed.

Good location. At check-in, one of the three staff at the desk could have cast their eyes toward us and said, "Welcome, just a minute while we finish on the phone." At check-out, the were polite, however.

Heating unit was so loud it interrupted sleep. The sink stopper was broken and not capable of working. The parking was in a public lot too far away, expecially since it was raining hard. It was outrageous that they tried to charge a fee for parking.
