Room was spacious. Mattress was comfortable & sheets & towels were clean. Bathroom was a good size. It was good to have an ironing board & an iron

We stayed in 2 rooms. Both rooms had a significant amount of dust behind the desks. I am allergic to dust mites so I was not happy about this. In one room the coffee maker did not work. There was no kettle in either room. I did not like the paper cups. A hotel at this price point should provide a kettle & china cups & proper glasses. The rooms should be provided with a small carton of UHT milk in the fridge. Also, the water should be free. Most hotels provide a couple of bottles of free water. The pillows did not provide proper neck support. Lower profile pillows would be better. Also the staff needs to make eye contact with the customers, smile & greet them whenever they encounter them in the corridors.

Cleanliness

Location was good. Staff at reception were lovely.

Noisy air conditioning ran all night. Felt housekeeping could have been better. There were 3 of us and only every 2 towels replaced. We has buffet breakfast once which was just ‘ok’.
