Perfect airport hotel. Staff was so friendly. We called for the shuttle from the airport at midnight and were in the room and settling down by 12:30

Some of the rooms have beds and pillows which are much higher quality and much more comfortable than others. Staff is always amazing here. Check in is always fast and easy. Would like to see all rooms with same quality bedding in each. Very clean rooms! Will stay again.

"Shower needs improvement "

The shower has a very weird concept. It’s completely open on one side which causes to get water everywhere. Otherwise it was a nice cozy stay.

We reserved a 1-bedroom king suite, only to be told at check-in that it was no longer available. Instead, we were offered a double queen room because “others beat us to it.” Terrible customer service. We won’t be returning.
