Nice hotel, clean room and good location to go to the Rocher percé.

Staff were wonderful, especially on check in. Spoke English, she was very courteous, showed us walking trails by water. Very limited choices for supper, and she was the only person on duty, so she checked us in and cooked a meal between check ins. We wanted to use the advertised spa but were told it was and additional $51 pp for 3 hours. I went back to look and no where on the booking site does it say the spa is an extra charge. At $250 a night we figured it was and should be included. In fact it says after a long day of travel enjoy the spa. Room clean, newer reno. Can see frame of original older building. Free continental breakfast was ok- cereal, bread, fruit- no hot food other than toast/bagels.

Everything was perfect

Great location — quiet yet convenient. The ocean view was beautiful, and the staff were very kind and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, the room was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, but the mattress was quite noisy, likely due to old or rusted metal springs. A couple of areas could use improvement: 1. The sofa bed hadn’t been cleaned properly, so I had to take care of it myself. 2. The washroom had a significant drainage issue, and one spot in the shower booth still wasn’t fixed. While I appreciated the prompt response to repair it, these things really should have been checked and resolved before my check-in.
