Staff was kind and helpful

Staff was rude at check in. Hallway smelled like Marijuana. Breakfast the first morning wasn't great and the waffle maker was broken--however staff did fix that. The room itself was nice, clean, and spacious. Beds were comfy. Housekeeping was friendly (but they didn't do anything to my room? Idk if i need to request that or what) Breakfast the second morning was much better.

My significant other and I were in town for a friend of ours and it was a great stay. The rooms are stocked with Dove products as toiletries which I really enjoyed versus brands I had never heard of before. They also had the travel sizes along with full size bottles for their guests to use attached to the wall within the shower. I was pleased with this accommodation. We also had to add an extra night the night before and had no issues just doing it straight on our hotels.com app. Great customer service at check in and otherwise we didn’t have any reason to interact with the staff otherwise. No complaint as we were both happy with our stay. I would recommend and the decent price per night was an added bonus compared to others within the area.

The hotel is older, but has a very nice pool and the rooms are very nice and clean.

Newly remodeled room- clean!

Clean and jennifer the front desk lady was amazing. Breakfast staff was also friendly and helpful. Pool was perfect with the high heat and humidity outside. Rates were simmer season high but expected

The manager on duty was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was fine the next morning and our room was newly updated so everything was very clean and neat.

We booked months in advance and when we arrived they had given our room away. The places is under major renovations but that wasn't advertised. We were woken up at 5:45am to construction crew who had a loud van running outside. The staff said the GM scheduled for that time!
