スタッフが親切でした。

Wi-Fiの使用が有料でした。マリオットの会員になれば無料というので会員登録しましたが、それを反映するにはまたフロントに行くなど複雑な続きが必要で、結局反映ことができず、後で確認すると料金を徴収されていました。隣との間にドアのある部屋だったので隣の犬の鳴き声がうるさく部屋を変わってもらいましたが、あまり使われていない部屋だったらしく排水がスムーズでなく、また、3泊したのですが掃除もタオルの交換だけでした。たた、アメリカの他の都市のホテルに比べて、部屋も広く清潔で、コーヒーメーカーでお湯も一応沸かせたので平均以上のホテルだと思いますがWi-Fiの問題は致命的だと思いました。

The location and the room view was nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

"Never returning"

It was average at best. Elevators were a hot mess. Which made the stay even worse.

The 3 or 4 elevators were not all working so it made the wait to get one VERY long. The morning we checked out it took over 20ish minutes to get on. The one ran all night long and it kept me up. Did not get a good night sleep.
