Excellent location within West Yellowstone. Breakfast that was provided was good. Pool was good. Efficient and cost effective laundry facility. Liked the lobby area with piano and games. Excellent parking. Bed very comfortable. Clean towels and bedding. Liked aspects of decor and floor mats. Members of staff all friendly, polite and helpful.

Breakfast offering was limited, e.g. no bacon or hot egg options. Room (fire) door was very heavy. Pool didn’t have a shower for washing off chlorine before returning to room. Shower in room was difficult to operate and shower head had limited function. Some aspects of room cleaning were disappointing, e.g. finding plug of long hair in bath. Tap/faucet location next to sink made using the sink difficult. Breakfast vs pool hours were out of sync, so found it difficult to fit in a morning swim before breakfast ended.

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights. The inside of the hotel was decorated like you’d expect a hotel out here to be decorated, with rustic interior. The room was a decent size. The hotel is close to restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was about a 10-min drive to the West Yellowstone park entrance. The customer service was good. The breakfast had the basics, only 1 meat option, which was cold, hard boiled eggs. The room wasn’t completely cleaned after housekeeping serviced the room - I noticed that the bathroom was never fully cleaned after it was completed. There was still hair on the shower wall, and there was a dirty wash cloth on the floor when we first got there. I also didn’t like that the fitness center had specific hours and was not just open 24/7 with key-card access, although, I understand the reasoning for having select hours of operation. The hours were from 7am-10pm, and most people usually try to leave for the park before 7am, making going to the gym before going to the park impossible. Overall, the location is the best part about this hotel, but next time, I’d try to find something cheaper, as there are plenty of options in town.

The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was good!

The bathroom could have used a deep clean and a place to hang used towels. The room decor was odd, different than pictured. Breakfast was underwhelming. Minus a point for the employees fully screaming & swearing at each other next to the lobby / pool area one morning.

THIS MOTEL IS NOT NEARLY AS NICE AS IT USED TO BE.
