The location was perfect and the furniture was modern and new.

The system they have implemented of getting into your room is old and very difficult. Takes a lot of time to go in and out since the locking system is terrible and also causes lots of noise. The cleaners come at 8AM to clean the neighbouring rooms and shout and and don't care that there are sleeping people. It is also located next to a school which is super noisy ( we got lucky and were there mostly during the weekend ).

I didn’t like that we had to share a balcony with neighbors. Also we didn’t have big pot in the kitchen for the cooking. Communication with personal was not very well when we had a problem with opening doors with codes. But worst thing about this accommodation was, when one night when we came back to apartment and we couldnt open the door with code, it just didnt work, so we thought that we will sleep on the street. So it would be great if they provided a new modern door, because these old communist doors are awful.

Walls are extremely thin and I heard the neighbors partying almost every day so I could not fall asleep

The location was very good ,10 mins from the square with all the shops etc. Opposite was the zoo cafe asweel which is a must General it was clean but if you look closely it need a general cleaning, to me, my boyfriend was fine with it A lot of people comment about a bad smell from the bathroom, we was lucky ,we had that smell the last night only We had warm water There is a fridge, a water warmer an A/C But general the apartment was warm

We arrive at the reception which is in another location, The staff was not helpful at all ,we had some questions about the locker's and the codes ant the city and he said that everything is on the email You only get 1 towels each And the door of the bathroom it's not exactly a door
