Bad experience The accommodation was offered for two adults with two children, and the bedding linen was left only for two, which felt already used, especially the pillows smelled. We contacted the accommodation company, they told us they would supply the missing bed linen, which they never did. So we had an unpleasant night to sleep if you have two small children. Very unprofessional for a company that does a lot of accommodation in that city. The conditions of residence are very strict and punishable by fines, and they did not meet the expected minimum. A very demanding form to fill out to enter the accommodation, an unusual request to leave a lot of personal information on an unknown website. There is no host to welcome you and see the shortcomings of the accommodation that we find.

The apartment was spacious and modern inside. The receptionists were ready to help.

First of all, the guys at the reception told us that the apartment shall be ready at 3pm, we arrived and the cleaning lady still didn't start to clean it at all, but she was pretty quick. In fact it was dirty when she let us come inside, under the beds there were huge balls of dust, and for me that I'm allergic it has been a nightmare. From the outside it looked like an eastern-European bombed ghetto with no lights during the night, resulting very creepy. The kitchen it's COMPLETELY UNFURNISHED without the minimum necessary, inside the boiler there was dark water, left there for months at least, this explains the lack of cleanliness; the heating was turned off and it was a little bit cold in the tiniest room. We also found a pair of dirty plates and some smoke smell but that's not a problem, because I find ridiculous that you can't neither smoke outside the apartment in the public area of the condominium. Obviously the TV didn't work, the curtains of the beds weren't as big for two people sleeping in one bed. The wifi it's very weak, I had to use all of my internet. There wasn't a security box as told in the infos. The supermarkets around are expensive and it's pretty far from the points of interest of the city center

My only reservation is about the bed in a small room. The frame falls off from the bottom (it is unstable). You can hurt yourself. That's why I moved to the couch.

Really big apartment

There was no Wifi, even though it was stated in our reservation. We asked to fix it, but it was never done, despite the fact that they promised.

The building is like from a horror movie. The front door if the apartment is supper unsafe even has a mat window. Drinking bottles everywhere on the stairs, yelling men and women at night. never the leas in the apartment there is a note with fees you will own if you make noise after 20:00. It obviously doesn't apply to the others. Warning - bring your own towels as there are two old and not very clean ones. If you are a man their pillows are really small just to have it in mind. No toiletries which is requested by hygiene point of view. One half full liquid soup probably from previous guests. The one fork is still there I saw in comments from months ago that there is only one fork. Yep, it's true and no one cares to change that. Overall if you are two friends (women) I don't recommend the place.
