I have been traveling to Jersey City for last 6 years and best place to stay is definitely Doubletrees. Latoya, Kale, Bezabeth and Michaela are most friendly host and take best care of my stay. Jonny serves good choices of breakfast. Room are spacious for families with NYC City View. Highly recommend staying at Doubletree Jersey City.

"Exceptional Hospitality from Day One"

Although I have only been staying at Hilton Garden Inn New York/Jersey City for one day, I am already very impressed by the hospitality. A special thank you to Johnny, who is an outstanding host. Guest service and making visitors feel comfortable clearly come first for him. He is friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a great experience. I would also like to recognize Abdellatif, the chef. He listens to guests’ needs, makes everyone feel at home, and takes great pride in his work. The food has been excellent and beautifully prepared. If my first day is any indication of the rest of my stay, then I am in for a wonderful experience. Thank you to both Johnny and Abdellatif for making such a positive first impression. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. What made it more satisfying is the outstanding customer service provided by Tabitha. She was extremely helpful, courteous and efficient in resolving issues promptly. Good customer service is often lacking these days and it's staff like her that make one consider a revisit. "Exceptional Birthday Trip experience"

This hotel definitely deserves 5 stars! We were traveling from Niagara Falls, Canada, and upon check-in we had the pleasure of meeting Kale. After reading so many amazing reviews about him, we were really hoping to meet him — and he exceeded every expectation! Kale is absolutely incredible at what he does. He goes above and beyond to assist guests, makes you feel instantly welcome, and is so easy to talk to. He truly is a huge asset to this hotel. I would also love to give a special mention to Michaela, Janice, and Johnny from the breakfast area, who made sure we had a wonderful and comfortable stay every morning. Their kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I’m especially thankful to all of you for making my birthday trip so memorable. Visiting New York for the first time felt so easy and enjoyable thanks to Kale, who gave us excellent directions and helpful tips throughout our stay. Thank you all for your outstanding hospitality! We would absolutely love to come back again. Kudos to Kale and Janice for making our experience so special and unforgettable!
