"Disappointing"

I had booked a room with a kitchen, but they had run out of them when I arrived. they offered me a kitchen for half an hour but there was nothing to cook or eat, the kitchen was empty. I was very disappointed, because I had paid for a room with a kitchen. I won't be coming back again.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! SAVE YOUR MONEY. THEY’RE SCAMMERS & RACIST TOWARDS US BLACKS!! THEY LIE & SAY THEY DON’T ACCEPT ONLINE BOOKINGS AND MAKE YOU PAY THE PRICE THAT THEY MAKE UP ON THEIR OWN EVEN AFTER YOU BOOKED YOUR RESERVATION AND PAID ONLINE.

RACIST FRONT DESK STAFF/MANAGER! ROACHES!!! THEY GIVE. YOU ONE THIN BLANKET WITH BROWN STAINS! THEY OVERCHARGE YOU!!! NO LOBBY & VERY LOUD BECAUSE THEY’RE RENOVATING AND DOING CONSTRUCTION IN THE FRONT.
