Avida Atria Tower 1 Studio Type Condominium

I feel at home in this condo. It has the cooking facilities (utensils, plates, bowls, cookware, cups and glasses, electric stove, mini-oven, microwave oven, and rice cooker that I badly wanted when staying in a condo. The owner even provided all the amenities, cleaning equipment, ironing equipment and lots o hangers and one sealed blue container of water. The condo even have an emergency tools and transparent tape and insecticide.

A little bit noisy bed. Not good when you have a partner of course.

It's a perfect place to stay in the center of Iloilo! The room itself is complete with all the amenities we need. The owner was very responsive and accommodated our requests real time. The reception staff members and security were friendly and vigilant. We enjoyed the pool and the play area. The view from the window is very relaxing. This is highly recommended and we will definitely book again in the future. The BIDET is the best feature ever!

I liked everything, arrived earlier than the expected time. So had to check in early, was allowed by owner. Complete yung gamit, from rice cooker, toaster, induction cooker, refrigerator, with complimentary drinking water (i think it's 5 gallons of water). Like the fact that you can see the playground and swimming pool outside. It's very kid friendly, has easy access to taxies and Most of all in the middle of the city
