The apartment was clean and well appointed for a short term stay. WiFi connection was reliable.

Entering the building & apartment was clear & easy in daylight. The entrance to the apartment had no light source in the evening. Without the assistance of the flashlight function on my phone, it would have been impossible to see the lock keypad. Locking the door proved difficult. The video did not reflect how difficult it was to manipulate the handle to lock the door.

The location and its price

It smelled awful like sewage. The outlets were a hazard. The walls and a rug were extremely dirty. The heating system didn’t work and instead there was a small heating fan. The bathroom door didn’t close

- Very central - Easy check in instructions - Staff very responsive - Microwave and fridge, along with crockery and cutlery to use

- A little worn, could feel cosier - Heating did not work on the first night so we were freezing, but staff promptly organised maintenance to fix this the next day!
