Lovely lady in the breakfast room trying her best and working very hard to keep things going for the guests. Location was close to what we needed. Check in employee was pleasant.

Supplies and equipment need repair and replacement in the breakfast room. Bathroom door in our room stuck badly, one child got stuck in the bathroom during the night. Bathroom outlet is barely hanging on and did not work. Elevator had dog pee puddle in it twice and a pile of food debris in the corner that never got cleaned up. It smelled very badly in the elevator. Beds were hard and uncomfortable.

"Never again"

Nothing.

That the staff unlawfully entered my room when I wasn't there. That I had paid in advance yet they gouged me for more money and had locked me out of my room. Now because of my last review I am on their "Do not rent list" all this after I had rented on 3 different occasions over 3 months to the tune of over $3,000 out of my pocket.
