Hampton Inn & Suites Hershey

Clean, great pool, good for families!

The room was very awkwardly arranged. The desk was so close to the bed that the chair had to be turned sideways just to sit in it. One of the beds actually touched the exterior wall. No more than two people could share this room. The water pressure at the sink was minimal but the shower water pressure was too much and not adjustable. The tub seemed smaller than a typical bath tub and therefore had limited flat area on which to stand to take a shower. Even though I have no physical problems I found myself holding onto the safety bar while showering and I am not a large person. Lighting in the breakfast bar area was dim. The front counter staff was excellent, friendly and efficient. We generally look for a Hampton Inn when we travel. They are usually quite nice. However, this Hampton Inn has some built-in features the are less than desireable. Maybe other rooms are better but ours was not what we expected of a Hampton Inn.

It was more noisy than an average hotel. I could hear TVs and music from other rooms and even someone snoring in the room next to mine.

Excellent location

Pool was ok

Our room was just fine, especially since my wife needed an access room. We would stay there again.

The location of the property was great and also the size of the suites!

Understandably the hotel cannot control this but it was very noisy well past midnight from the sports groups staying there. Our room was also not as clean as it has been in the past.

The staff was very nice. Had ants in the room, they couldn’t spray because we had our dog.
