We were dropping off our son at Penn over the weekend, and the hotel had a fun buzz with all of the families there to do the same thing. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, but if you want to have a nightcap, there are plenty of nice spots within the hotel to unwind. I look forward to staying again!

Stop forcing us to check out early!!!! Check in time is after 4pm, check out time is before 11am. Thatโ€™s plenty time to get the rooms ready. Butโ€ฆ At 8:30am on my checkout day, a staff (who doesnโ€™t speak English) knocked on my door. I thought she knocked on the wrong door since she canโ€™t tell me why she knocked. 30 mins later, she unlocked our door and tried to enter. I then understood that she wanted us to check out and then clean the room. I told her we are not ready to check out yet. At 10:30am, she knocked again and wanted to get in. This is not acceptable. My husband said his check out experience was bad so he didnโ€™t file a complaint.
