The staff

Our room was FILTHY and I shouldโ€™ve mentioned it to the staff but I am a non confrontational person and I was there for a family memberโ€™s major surgery so obviously had more important things on my mind. The beds were so uncomfortable and very small. I was so disappointed as I heard this hotel was incredible. The shower was awful as well. It was mostly open causing water to soak the floor. To top it off, we were eating on the 3rd floor and a rat walked by our table. I would never stay here again!
