"Close to the airport, but unacceptable hygiene issues and no on-site staff to resolve them."

It was close to the airport & the room had a kitchenette.

The room was in unacceptable condition. The drain was completely clogged with a used bandage and a large clump of hair, which is a serious cleanliness issue. There were roaches in the room, the TV remote was missing batteries, and the vinyl flooring between the tub and toilet was peeled up with visible water damage. The floor looked grimy, worn, and potentially moldy. Overall, the room did not feel sanitary or safe to use. Unfortunately, there was no staff available at the front desk after check-in to address these issues in real time. I later contacted Booking.com, but they were unable to reach the property and only offered a $12 credit, which does not reflect the condition of the room or the inconvenience caused.

"Not worth staying at."

The staff was great

It was filthy. The bathroom wallpaper is falling off, the tub was dirty, the room was dusty, the blankets had dirt on them. The bathroom tile floor felt like it was coming up every time you stepped on them.
