Everything about the location was amazing. The staff was so polite and friendly in both Japanese and English. The breakfasts and dinners were also delicious.

Everything was great but if I had to nitpick, I'd love to see wider time windows for breakfast and dinner.

"A very pampered and indulgent stay"

- The hotel and room itself are very nicely and optimally designed - Kaiseki breakfast was sumptuous - The lounge and refreshment area is very cozy, great to hang around with friends for a drink.

- Didn’t enjoy the teppanyaki dinner as much, felt that kaiseki dinner was a better option
