The staff are rude and they seem to like putting down guests. A friend of mine who is staying there due to the loss of her home has been threatened with extra charges because of her dog which they were told about on her first nights check in. And according to the website they are pet friendly. I find this hotel to be more of a hassle than anything else. These people are mean,rude and have no decency about them.

Roaches key would not open the door

We enjoyed or stay until we went to eat breakfast and they stopped serving at 9. Who on vacation gets up at before 9 am we went at 10 to get ready for the day and was very disappointed. It ruined all the good aspects

Room seemed rundown, holes in carpet, refrigerator didn't work properly. Shower drain didn't work properly as well.Breakfast was good, stay was great. A few minor incidents downstairs with individuals arguing. Overall it was good, you get what you pay for.

First, the pics need to be updated to reflect what this motel's current condition is in! The room was run down, reeks of cigarettes. The bathroom was not clean and shower curtain just dangling. Most of the breakfast items advertised were not available. Just not a good experience in general, very disappointed!

Not much, motel is ran down, a drug hub and prices keep going up.

Motel has turned into a meth central. Necessary maintenance is not maintained, but gambling machines were installed. Roaches in the room, abandoned vehicles in the parking lot including a boat and a rv, trash in the pool, not water. An entire window unit missing out of the gym with direct access outside large enough for animals or humans to come in or out. You can unlock the the gym with the key card, but it's full of junk and dust, Equipment is unplugged. There's a towel ration. Major foot traffic in and out 24/7 and its generally unsafe feeling. Employees are unprofessional, living there with their buddies running around with their dogs off leashes, always in the lobby cooking and gambling. Was woke up twice on my last visit due to a domestic violence dispute by both the disputers and Jacksonville PD. Smells like Marijuana up and down the halls. I used to go here often for business travels. However I rather pay $15 more and go to the La Quinta next door. Will never return to Truckerz
