Very friendly and helpful staff.

The jacuzzi was top of the line . Very clean

Checkin staff was polite.

Floors of room were dirty and sticky. Towels are stained. Spider on luggage in the morning while in the room.

I enjoyed staying with good friendship of staffs. They keep cleaned and excellent location of Jacksonville city. Very good reasonable of cost to staying.

The ladies in reception were incredibly awesome. They looked after me when i was not feeling well. So sweet. And the room was super clean. No carpet so you could see how clean the floor was. Even though i could not eat, beakfast looked very good. Real scrambled eggs. It was a warm, welcoming place.

The breakfast was pretty good and the water to the shower was really hot.

We had to ask for toilet paper because there was only an empty roll in the bathroom. The beds were hard and you could feel the springs. The curtain was partially broken to the window. The casino games in the lobby seemed to occupy the night desk clerk more than the guests. The hallway also smelled like weed.

This was one of the worst motels I have experienced in quite a while. Roaches scattered in the bathroom when the lights were turned on. Stains on the walls and lamp shades, smoke detector hanging from the ceiling, remote control world work, WiFi wouldn't connect, climate control had some kind of funky stuff in the vent. Two story building with no elevator. This app won't let me add the photos I took of the room.

The people was nice the room was clean big tubs plenty of hot water it's a nice and cheap

Nothing it was an all around good experience
