The Estuary Bar and Rooms

absolutely delightful. I arrived later than expected because of terrible rain and the proprietor called to check on me and waited up and prepared for me a boxed breakfast because I was super leaving early in the morning. The room was lovely and all the facilities you could need. I slept really well. Would recommend and return.

An excellent location with great views across the estuary, from the balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff!

A second floor and a $191.00 cost (with balance) was not as large as I thought. Adequate bathroom; no chair to sit in. Location, location, location. Enjoyed Mumbles and the beach. This property has a lively Saturday night.

Very friendly welcome and happy to meet our breakfast requirements for an early start. Lovely bright and airy room with everything you would need for an overnight stay. Balcony was a great bonus although the outside furniture was a little tired and should be replaced. Even though the room was over a bar and beer garden, there was very little noise and we slept well. Lovely cafe across the road did a very good cooked breakfast for those who wanted more than continental. Also an excellent fish and chips shop just a stone’s throw away.

The room was impeccable, the staff very helpful and they sell my favourite beer on tap in the bar. I had an evening meal from the bar which very well presented and good value. I would have no hesitation about recommending this establishment.

Rooms are very nicely decorated with a seaside feel. Pillows on the bed hard but softer ones available in the wardrobe. There was a green light on in the room from an exit door that shone bright and kept me awake. Easy remedied with a cover from the pillow. Only one socket in the bedroom . The room had everything you could want. Lovely tea tray. Super clean and stocked well. Staff excellent very caring and polite. Would stay again in a different room. 4 star out of 5

Very disappointing for a De Luxe Room, as the room was very small and cramped, without even one chair in the room. Perhaps mitigated in the summer when the sun shines as there is a balcony with adequate seating and nice view, but very disappointing for rest of the year. There is no Cooked breakfast available.

Very comfortable rooms, controlled entry was nice and breakfast was decent (being given a sheet for choice of breakfast was lovely). Check-in was easy, same for check out.
