i thought the place was great. clean, great location and views, staff nice and helpful. i was surprised at the size of my room. would stay there again, oh wait, i have already booked a room there for another weekend!

I'm currently staying at this location. I can't sleep because the equipment they use to maintain the pool makes a loud, high pitched squealing sound. Imagine trying to sleep when someone is running a vacuum cleaner right outside your window. That's what it's like. It tried calling the front desk three times today and they won't do anything. They didn't offer to change my room. They won't let me cancel the second night I had reserved. They said I had to call customer service. Customer service said I needed to talk to the property. I booked through Marriott.com. I've stayed here many times in the past and enjoyed the experience. But this was the first time they gave me a room by the pool. If you book a room here, make sure you do NOT let them give you a room that faces the pool.

Hot breakfast every morning, varied menu, daily waffles available. Excellent bed, slept well!

The pullout sofa had a broken mattress with springs digging into my daugher's skin - totally unacceptable and we are asking for money back for last night. She didn't sleep and it ruined our ski day. We alerted the hotel about it 3 hours ago and first they promised a rollout bed. Then the General Manager called and said they couldnt do that because of fire marshal policy. He promised to send a brand new mattress and throw away the bad one, saying they are aware of the problem. An hour later, housekeeping shows up at our door with a 1.25" foam topper, not a mattress! Can anyone at this hotel get it together?! Now the poor nice attendant at the front desk says they don't in fact have any new mattresses that the GM promised, and she'll do her best to find us a different mattress or some other solution. HORRIBLE incompetent customer service. Do NOT rely on anyone in your family being able to sleep on the crappy broken pull out couches at this Marriot residence in.
