During checking in staff already complaining about OYO gave them a hard time. Always got overbooked cases. OYO this and that, telling some other internal problem. Then the other staff come in start talking unnecessary words. Arguing things with the other workers. My family even experience a strong smell of cigarette but couldn't figure out where it come from.
