"Extremely satisfied"

All staff are friendly and always willing to go the extra mile when assisting with our needs. I have been to all three of the Drury Hotels in Kansas City and one in Columbia, MO and have been satisfied with all of them! I would recommend the Drury Hotels when planning our next vacation!

Well, since it’s my birthday on Christmas Eve, we’ve been going there for probably 67 years on Christmas Eve. They’ve been very accommodating. We usually have 34 3/4rooms. I was glad to see that some of the staff. I was glad to see that some of the staff was still there over the years. Paul is one of your best employees there that always takes care of our family over the years.

Just a little bit of problems with the one of the employees really no big deal she was just kind of snappy. She was the bartender and I guess front desk.

"Drury inn will forever have my business"

I will never stay at another hotel ever again. Drury inn has earned my business whenever I need it. Thank you for always exceeding my expectations. Staff has always been over the top friendly. Clean rooms. Fully stocked. Great food. The popcorn and free dinner? Heated pool and working hot tub?? Genius.

I honestly can't think of anything I didnt like.

"Best hotel experience"

This hotel was absolutely amazing and very accommodating to my dogs. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary dinner and breakfast. The pool area was great, complete with a hot tub. After a 13-hour day of travel, I was so thankful we chose this hotel. Highly recommend!

"Not too bad"

They had breakfast and supper complimentry although it was not that good but it was ok. There is also a Wendy's right next to the hotel which was supurb.

I came in early morning so i had to pay a early check in fee which i think was obsered given they are so close to the airport and guests can arrive at anytime!

"Recommended for sure but don’t count on high quality breakfast."

Staff and facility are very nice for the price point.

Breakfast was nasty. Not sure why others are rating it great. Everything was over salted and the eggs were horrific.
