Drury Inn & Suites Greensboro

The hotel was in a perfect location. The room was nice and the bed was really comfortable. It was nice that they had both an indoor and outdoor pool as well as a hot tub!

Hallway Noises, How cold the pool water was no matter the temperature it was, How the toilet constantly made noises (loud running water sounds)

Staff were incredibly kind and helpful.

When I booked this property, they included the fact that the hotel is under renovation in the fine print under “important information” along with pet fee information, etc. This absolutely should have been mentioned somewhere more clearly upfront. Paying $240 a night on a weeknight to be ran out of the room at 8:30 am by non-stop construction noise so loud it shakes the entire room is unacceptable. If I had a decibel monitor, I can assure you it would not have been beyond what is acceptable indoors without ear protection. Do NOT book here if you value your sleep or your comfort.

The moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. The hotel was maintained very well, and the service was excellent. The overall experience was fantastic! I look forward to coming back.

The breakfast was good. Most of the staff was nice. Very clean.

The bed was too hard. The key card lost its programming at least twice. We would have to request entry into the building and have them reprogrammed. We parked at the side entrance to be closer to our room and had to walk around to the front to request entry. Bathroom sink didn’t drain properly. Shower knob was broken and difficult to get to work.

Like all Drury's the staff is EXCELLENT, very accommodating and professional. The breakfast was well stocked and tasty! The pool area was clean, if a bit outdated. Easy to find with lots of convenient food options near by.

This location is right off the interstate, and has a lot of foot traffic in the area, so they had what appeared to be 24/7 security and access to the lobby after 5pm was restricted from the outside. They also had renovations going on that we were unaware of until check in. We only stayed one night, but if we had an extended stay we may have changed hotels due to the construction noise starting at 8:30am
