"I don’t normally write reviews, but I had a hard time picking a hotel out, not really knowing the area. That being said"

Location was great. Rooms were nice, clean, and very comfortable. We were upgraded to a room with the terrace at no charge when we arrived, which was awesome! Not only did we have a beautiful view of the Riverwalk, but also this beautiful tree with big birds nested throughout it. The staff was awesome,(especially Edith). The 5 o’clock kickback was a nice way to get the evening started. We would definitely stay here again!

The pool closes at 10 PM. At least they open till 11 on a weekend.

"I can honestly say this was the best hotel I have stayed in an overall experience."

Location was perfect as we paid for a terrace view. Walking distance to most places. Having two meals a day was amazing and money saving. Kris at the front desk and Gilbert were awesome.

Parking was extremely tight and a little pricey just to sit and not go anywhere but on the other hand, it was secure.

We really enjoyed the location. The hotel was great overall. The gentleman who checked us in was talking so fast and was rude and arrogant when I asked him to repeat. Other than that, the stay was great.
