Budget Apartment by Hi5 - Akácfa 4

The property had a great location, staff were very helpful and replied quick. It was very clean and easy to check in.

A bed slat was broken, there was no shower curtain meaning the bathroom got flooded, plus the mattresses were very thin.

Good location.

There was no heating or hot water at night due to boiler fault. Host fixed the next day but it was faulty again by the evenign. Host said they cannot get someone to fix it until the next morning. They abandoned us and did not pick up when we wanted to take them up on an offer for a different apartment. Some of the furniture has been stripped and the apartment wasn't the cleanest. Does not meet the expectation in the pictures at all. Bedding was only provided for 2 beds out of 4 despite booked for 4 guests on 4 beds.

Old furniture and apartment was't clean enough. Building enterance was scary, dirty and not safe.

The worst customer service I've ever encountered. Bedbugs in the apartment and zero reaction or support from the staff. A brazen manager who says things like 'I can't unbite you, what do you want me to do' or suggests that you brought the bedbugs yourself. A week since returning and I'm still treating the bites.
