"Huge potential, but considering the price can't complain much."

Economical, spacious and close to the centre.

The property is very old and it needs refurbishment. Considering the price, they don't offer much services but still the interior needs repainting. We saw cockroach as well which can be pested. The property has potential and it needs investment
