Informations claires et précises. Bel appartement, déco sympa, très bien placé pour se déplacer dans Budapest.

Appartement situé sous les toits, avec une panne de climatisation: il a fallu contacter le gestionnaire et se montrer peu satisfaits pour obtenir une intervention. La première nuit sans clim en juillet a été un calvaire (trop chaud, trop bruyant avec les fenêtres ouvertes, ventilateurs inefficaces et en mauvais état). La seconde s'est beaucoup mieux déroulée ! Autre problème: pas de stores occultants dans les chambres.

Excellent location. Close to the underground & all the major shopping streets. Very spacious apartment with 3 bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen too & situated in a picturesque lane.

On the inside of the building, so no view as such. Occasional noise from the bars in the lane but not too loud

As someone who loves Budapest, this was my 3rd visit. In the previous 2 visits, I stayed on the Corvin Negyed side, but this time I chose this apartment because it was close to public transport and my favorite places, and it was one of the worst decisions of my life. As I tell the story below, our apartment was broken into. In addition, as you can see in the photos, it was badly damaged. On Saturday, three of us entered the house together. One of my friends returned to the house at approximately 12:30 AM, while the other friend and I returned at around 4:00 AM. Since we only had one key, the friend who arrived earlier placed the key in the keybox located at the door. The following day, at noon, as we were preparing to leave the house, Hasan, one of my friends, discovered that the money in his pocket (approximately 450 euros) was missing. Initially, we assumed he may have dropped it, but upon checking his suitcase, he noticed that the shoes he had recently purchased, worth approximately 160 euros, were also missing. This prompted him to check his wallet, where he discovered his credit card was missing as well. Upon contacting the bank to cancel the card, we were informed that it had been used throughout the night, with transactions totaling approximately 150 euros. The first recorded expense was made at 3:00 AM. Since there were no visible signs of forced entry or damage to the door, we began to suspect that an employee with prior knowledge of the keybox password might have been involved. When we reported the situation to the facility management, they expressed regret and advised us to contact the police. Following our insistence, they eventually changed the keybox password, though their overall response and level of interest left much to be desired. After considerable effort, we managed to call the police to the apartment and filed an official report.

Perfect location in walking distance to everything. Bed was comfortable

Very limited utensils and two pans for cooking. Unfortunately for four people there wasn't enough. The address given on the email was incorrect and it took us ages to find it. No bin changes in the six nights we stayed. Patchy decoration and ripped sofa which was covered by a blanket. Property got very warm.
