Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist sehr schön mit Spa-Bereich. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich hätte mir gewünscht, ein paar Hotel-Hausschuhe zu bekommen, da ich meine bewusst zu Hause gelassen hatte mit der Voraussicht, im Hotel sind ja immer Hausschuhe vorhanden. Leider fand ich es auch schade, den Lichtschalter beim Betreten des Zimmers nicht gleich griffbereit in der Nähe zu haben. Sonst aber ein sehr schönes Hotel.

Das Frühstück war sehr, sehr gut. Für uns war die Lage perfekt - ruhig und mit direkten Weg zum Branitzer Park bzw. in die Natur.

Die Zugangsmöglichkeiten mit der Hotelkarte, war eingeschränkt, so dass man, wenn man sich die Hotelanlage erst einmal anschauen wollte, die Zugangstüren(Rückweg) nicht nutzen konnte.

Chambre confortable

Le nettoyage de la chambre n’avait pas été fait : ni le lit ni les serviettes changées. Ceci est inacceptable dans un hôtel de cette chaîne.
