Granada Apartments Queen's Promenade

The Apartment was spotless ,Had everything we Needed ,The hot water was so hot it was amazing!!! The communication from Mel ,was Excellent. Very professional And Helpful .

Friendliness of hosts: the hosts were friendly and communicated with me every step! They were kind to let us do an early check in. Truly grateful for that as it saved me having to deal with a fussy baby. Thank you! Location: the sea view was beautiful. Reminds me of Lake Malawi. And the sunset was a sight! I also liked that the apartment was close to stores, salons and restaurants. Availability of what we needed to cook- pans, cooking utensils were provided. It just made life easier for us as I have a baby and needed to cook for her. With the microwave, we were able to heat up food.

Lack of cleanliness: the fan was visibly dirty; same as the floor and corners of the room. When we joined 2 single beds together, the space under 1 of the beds had a lot of rubbish. Even the sofa had a pair of black socks stuck somewhere in it. The toilet was dirty. So it was unpleasant to even shower in there. The bed- as a single bed, it’s comfortable, but when joined together to form a double bed, you’ll feel the metal clearly separating you and your loved one. 😆

No parking as stated. Far far too many rules and messages about nonsense. We are a business not a group of stags on a night out ! Had to pay £200 deposit which still hasn’t been returned.

Loved how clean we found the appartment the cleanest we have stayed in Blackpool.

Its a little far from the main town but thats a minor we used the tram.

Right on the sea front. Easy free parking. Close to bus and tram stops. Beds were fairly comfortable. Nice big tvs.

I would say that if you are in one of the ground floor apartments, try and park at the front. We parked at the back, came in through the back door, had to walk down a long corridor, then up about a dozen stairs, with all our stuff. If we had entered through the front door, we would have been at the door of our flat in ten seconds. There were some sachets of coffee and some of milk. There was one pot towel, but no dishcloths or anything to use to wash up with (there was washing up liquid) - we bought some. No bin bags but we did get a couple from one of the cleaners. One thing I think they should have is a small table in front of the settee, just to put your cuppa on. Overall, we did like the place and would book again next time we visit Blackpool.
