Luxury Apartment by Hi5 - Október 6 Street

A very nice apartment with huge rooms, with very high ceilings, great location, newly renovated 2 bathrooms, with seperate toilet. Very nice new kitchen with all the utilities you will need. A lot of restaurands around. The Basilica is on the corner - the best spot in my opinnion for tourism. Central heating and AC in one of the rooms. very beautifull flooring in the bedrooms.

I did't like that in the bedroom me an my wife slept it was very noisy because of the restaurants on the street, the never stopping crowds. The other bedroom wherey friends slept was quite strange with that open bathroom but it was very quiet and super dark. It looked nice but i think it is unpractical. There was a problem with the shower in both bathrooms although they were brand new and clean. The shower could not swith between the top and side and the top was always cold and side always very hot water. There is no coffe maker or coffeeachine but there is a boiling kettle. There is no moscito net on the windows and with the high ceilings it is a torture to find and kill those mthfc'rs.

Great location with all main attractions within walking distance. 2 mins from the river, 5 mins from Parliament. 2 big bedrooms and a fair sized living area/kitchen.

Issue with air conditioning, however they came round twice to sort it. Quite noisy in the morning due to renovation work on a hotel opposite.

The location was good, the apartment was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. However, it was really hot in summer. When we visited it was extremely hot in Budapest & the AC wasn't working well. I would recommend the apartment in a different season... But, in summer we had to move to a different apartment with a better ac. Hi 5 agency facilitated the move after attempting to fix the problem.

There should be some instructions regarding operating the AC. After the maintenance came, we were told that the blind was obstructing the AC.. there are apparently also different AC controls.. however, we tried everything but couldn't make the AC work.

Bedroom by the road side. I am sensitive to noise, can’t sleep well in this room. The property yard/area is not maintained.

You are not good at communication. I was disturbed by the lack of diplomacy and elegance in the expressions used by your employees... and how can you send me an email two nights before departure (in the midle of the night – at 01:14 o’clock), asking me to respect the check out??? I have never met such a lack of courtesy anywhere!!! The name "Luxury" Apartments is not suitable for a location that does not even offer coffee or tea to its guests. For nothing you have a dishwasher and a washing machine, if you are not able to offer a cofee or a tea to the guests! The lack of a coffee machine and a toaster were also an inconvenience. This host only provides one towel per person! In other words, do you have to wipe your face after using the towel in the shower?!! Ridiculous. The apartment has old wooden windows that do not close well. The serious problem with parking the car. The parking machines only accept cash (HUF - forint) without the possibility of payment by card or online. This rudimentary method is not at all suitable for a city that considers itself to be European. Stay away from the Bazilika Garazs parking lot. They are all scumbags there, who asking unacceptable prices of 43 euros/day/car. I recommend you to use Káldy Melygarazs on Kaldy Gyula utca no.4 for only 13 euros/day/car.
