El check in es terrible , no pude realizar el check. Out y m que querían penalizar, habiendo avisado, no te cogen el teléfono… un horror. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Perdimos el tlf intentamos concertar con alguien para abrir las puertas, ya q todo es informatico y nos fue completamente imposible, a punto de pasar la noche en la calle sin tener acceso a nuestras pertenecencias y demas, gracias q otro usuario nos dejo el tlf y pudimos meter nuestro correo electrónico.... una experiencia para no repetir. Deberian de facilitar las claves pin de la entrada y las lleves q hay en la entrada de las habitaciones...
