Le trottoire sur lequel nous avons passé 2h30 à essayer de rentrer !!!

1) Le système auto check-in ne nous a pas permis de rentrer dans l hotel. 2) Personne ne répond au téléphone 3) L'assistance est inefficace. Elle ne fait que répéter la procédure qui ne nous a pas permis de récupérer le code pour rentrer dans l'hôtel !!! 4) Demande d'annulation rejetée ! 5) Cet hôtel est une ARNAQUE! 6) Nous avons du repayer un Hôtel
