Standard Apartment by Hi5 - Tátra street

It took more than 5 hours to finally get one of the staff members to come and look at the door which wouldn’t open to then be told at 8:30pm that the door doesn’t work. No communication possible with the reception through phone and no help. Was offered another apartment at 9pm when 4 yo child should have been sleeping already. Had to rent another place.

The apartment is really great. I mean The localization is good. Really close to all bus stations, shop near the apartment, air condition for the big room. The place is not so bad and you can leave luggage for free in the city center but…

… our check in was delay 1.5 hour according to e-mail from apartment’s company. And 30 minutes according to Booking.com. I was travelling with group of 7 people so 8 in total. There is 1 key for apartment and 1 key for staircase. I asked for a Pin-code, they said that there isn’t any. We didn’t have towels and pillowcases. When I called reception, they said that they are very sorry, but they don’t have towels and pillow at this time. I cannot understand how you are not prepared for guests that booked apartment two months in advance. Thankfully after 10 pm. They bring it but still you may not be that lucky. Another disadvantage was toilet paper. We’ve got for 8 people for 4 nights 5 toiler paper rolls. And only one shower gel with a capacity of I don’t know 5 ml maybe so for one use only : )). Glasses was dirty, there is stove but no frying pan, there is dishwasher but no capsules, the door for balcony was broken and the iron wasn’t ironing at all and you can lock the toilet (but opening it back up is quite challenging), but you can’t lock the bathroom. Basically, apartment is good maybe for night for only sleeping but not for so many people for 3 or 4 nights. If you are travelling with the group. Better find something else : )
