If guests' arrival time is after 17:00 or during public holidays, they are required to inform Sun & Snow at least 24 hours in advance at the phone number given in the booking confirmation. The office is located at Przyjaźni 7 Street and is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 until 17:00. Please note that the property does not allow to park cars with a gas installation. We inform you that the balconies in the property are undergoing renovation. The planned completion date is June 30th.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Lokalizacja

Brak miejsca parkingowego pomimo wykupionego - miejsce nam przydzielone bylo zbyt małe, nie dalo sie wjechać autem. Zapchana umywalka i prysznic. Niedokładnie wysprzątany apartament, dzieci znalazły butelki po alkoholu w szafkach. Drzwi do pokoju sie nie zamykały. Personel interweniowal po dobie zgłaszanych reklamacji, tłumaczył dużym obłożeniem. Generalnie za te pieniądze nie polecam!

"Polecam! Bardzo pozytywne doświadczenie."

Atrakcyjne położenie obiektu blisko plaży. Dobra cena za pobyt pod koniec maja. Dedykowane miejsce w podziemnym parkingu. Obiekt ogrodzony. Ogólne zabezpieczenie obiektu z furtkami, wejściem i szlabanem dostępnymi na kartę oraz bramą metalową zamykaną na noc. Winda. Portiernia. Check in i check out w formie z użyciem kodu dostępu do kluczomatu. Ogólnodostępne miejsce do składowania odpadów. Wystarczająca przestrzeń w apartamencie w którym przebywaliśmy. Ps. Należy pamiętać o wysokości wjazdu do podziemnego garażu która określona jest jako 2.2m. Przyjechaliśmy w aucie typu SUV wraz z dużym pudłem na dachu. Zmierzona wysokość naszego pojazdu to 2.2m ale okazało się, że jednak mięliśmy kilka bardzo potrzebnych centymetrów zapasu!

Bardzo niewygodna rozkładana sofa do spania w salonie. Brak dwóch zasłaniających rolet od strony wykuszu salonu w dużych oknach przy głównej alejce spacerowej dosyć krępowało pobyt. Brak choćby prostego dzbanka na kawę z możliwością użycia filtrów do kawy, lub prostego ekspresu przelewowego na kawę mieloną filtrowana. Co prawda był jeden na stanie na kapsułki Dolce Gusto, których niestety w ogóle nie można nabyć w lokalnych sklepach. Za mała lodówka oraz płyta indukcyjna przy pięciu osobach. Przydało by się zamykana blokada przypisanego miejsca parkingowego bo amatorów cudzych miejsc nie brakuje.
