"Excellent in every way"

Our experience was great here, from check-in to check-out. All the staff were kind, friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in two hours early which was especially appreciated after a sleeper bus! I would highly recommend booking a sea view room - that alone justifies the price. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the room had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and was constantly being cleaned during our stay. Sound-proofing was better than in other places we’ve stayed in Vietnam. The location is great if you want to be a bit quieter, and the hotel’s own sun loungers were an added bonus. It’s a cheap Grab ride into the main town area, though there are one or two food places and cafes nearby. Room service and drinks were very reasonably priced. Overall we were very impressed and would definitely stay again! We had booked for one night but booked a second as soon as we saw our room!

"Nice hotel but..."

Great hotel nice view. Little of from the center of nha Trang and heavily dominated by Chinese tourist. Both hotel and area around. The staff was very nice and helpful but little lacking in English.

Excellent, friendly staff. Beautiful, clean room. Nice, large high definition TV, and top quality fixtures like shower, sink and toilet. This is a 4 star experience. Will definitely come back. The location is good, but it is on the north part of the strip, a couple miles from the main, south part of the beach, but the north area is developing fast and it's still a good experience with a nice beach and plenty to do. A comparable "south" hotel would be more expensive.
