Localização apesar de ter uma ladeira enorme, difícil acesso até pra carros, está a apenas uma rua da avenida liberdade!

O hall do prédio é tão sujo que parece abandonado! Quando chegamos tínhamos certeza que estávamos no local errado. Ao chegarmos ainda não tinham nos passado a senha de acesso para entrar. Quando chegamos as 17:00h ainda estavam limpando o apartamento. E a água quente funciona com um reservatório. Acabou várias vezes, o que dificultou muito já que eu estava com um bebê. O reservatório não é suficiente pra quatro banhos de uma vez (estávamos em 4 pessoas)

Muy buena experiencia, muy bien ubicado y lugar muy bien. Las fotos lo describen bien. Lo único que no esta muy cómodo es el Sofá cama, podrían mejorarlo.

DON'T BOOK! We arrived : contact person not available and arrived only 30min later after calling. Bathroom not clean at all so he started cleaning a little bit the sink and toilet,very cold,no heating only a few transportable small electrical heaters.But the worst part : all baseboards are on the floor, not sticking to the wall due to the humidity and moisture on the walls in every room. We booked 4 nights and paid +/- 800€ but decided not to stay as two of the three family members are asthmatic and started coughing almost immediately. This is a fully unhealthy place even if it is mentioned as a 4 star apartment. Worst is that the agency of the property refused our cancellation and just refunded partially tourist taxes and 50€ for the cleaning fee (so 70€ on 800€ paid). According to them we should have stayed and they would have brought a machine against the humidity!!! We travel a lot but this never happened and the way of handling of this agency is fully unprofessional, whatever they might find as excuse to answer this comment. Hotels.com said they cannot reimburse if the agency does not agree..., unbelievable too! Just one advice : DON'T BOOK THIS APARTMENT! We spent hours on the phone and sent several emails with pictures etc but unfortunately without success. It partially ruined our trip. This is fully unfair and those companies can just easily continue to make money with offering bad or even unhealthy accommodations. This apartment should not be for rent!

Nice small appartment! With 2 small balcony’s which was really nice. We did have to vacuum ourself because the floor wasn’t really that clean and there were some spots on the couch. Also wasn’t a fan of the bed. The first night was okay but the more we used it the more noise it made when you turn around. It’s still nice for a few days and the host was really nice. It’s also up a very steep hill so be prepared for that. Close to a metro station and bus stop.
