CASAS EN FINCA ECOLÓGICA LA ESPIRAL, NATURALEZA, CALMA Y VISTAS al MAR,

We left after one night stay even through we had 4 nights there. I never wrote a single complaint in my 7 year experience on this platform but this one deserves attention for sure.

as soon as we checked into the flat, the builders came outside and started cutting the stones ( as if it was pre-planned in advance , we would have never stayed there a night) , the garden terrace around was a building site, on top of that at least 5 chicken there also making a crap everywhere. Above our tiny apartment ( don`t know why the owner is calling it a townhouse ) we could hear his kids running all evening long. In the morning- chicken everywhere, coming into our kitchen and literally making a crap. The 2 rooms were tiny and the house ceiling being almost transparent to sound. We felt we had no privacy at all and huge disrespect to have the building site without informing us. The worst bit was that after we left and informed the booking about our experience next morning, the owner lied to the bookng.com that we left the place in a huge mess. And we left it in order, we had proof. Also on the about the flat rental here was no mention it would be a ground floor tiny flat below the owners flat.. Was a terrible experience overall, as we arrived after a long trip from a different continent into such noise... We felt huge disrespect because of this. The owner chose not to refund . Nor did he care about our rest. One photo on the flat`s profile was actually taken from his own window above on the 2nd floor to create a false impression of the space around. The 5 or 7 chicken running everywhere around freely and pooing everywhere:(

Amazing property, great host Carlos and his family were great, was great getting to know them. The views are probably some of the best in the entire island, the house is beautiful and every detail was taken care of

We loved everything

We enjoyed the whole environment - the garden, the views, the cats and chickens:) The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, giving us a tour of their garden on the first day and introducing all the plants and herbs they grow there. They also gave a lot of tips about what to see and where to eat. We would love to stay there again.

Vista fantastica, proprietari molto accoglienti e disponibili, case ben curate anche nei piccoli particolari e parcheggio all’interno. Ci hanno dato la possibilità di mangiare alcuni prodotti del loro orto biologico. Eccezionale in tutto e per tutto

La strada per raggiungere la struttura potrebbe inizialmente spaventare ma già dalla seconda volta che là si percorre diventa molto fattibile e tranquilla
