"Beautiful and relaxing desert sanctuary"

Loved the location - 1 mile / 10 mins from Joshua Tree National Park. Close to restaurants and shops. Beautiful views. I loved the decor of the room as well as the community spaces, and the outside tub was lovely. Appreciated the outdoor sitting areas and that they provide a fridge and microwave. There’s also a pool coming!

The heating wasn’t the best. It was sufficient, we just needed to turn it up really high to get the desired warmth. It was very cold during our visit.

"Peace in the desert."

A delightful small hotel with private outdoor tubs for soaking and taking in the stars, a killer view of the desert and mountains, southwestern style architecture and grounds, and located just a mile from the western entrance to Joshua Tree NP. This is a family run business with friendly owners and a quiet, layed back quality. No television -- a huge plus in a setting as beautiful as this one. Clean. Easy peasy check in and check out. The owners provide helpful information about places to eat, local attractions, favorite hikes.
