Life Point Boutique Hotel

Hôtel très propre, mais le lit d appoint n était vraiment pas confortable. Le personnel très à l écoute et sympathique.

In my 30 years of working in the travel industry this has to be the worst hotel. I does not look bad and fundamentally could be good. However, when we arrived the Reception was small and dingy and the young guy on Reception was pleasant but an older man stood there unfriendly and intimidating to us two female friends. The quiet rooms I had requested were in the garden rooms but these are next to a main road. The smelled of musty air and we were very disappointed. They were also adjacent to the Reception/seating area which seemed to have more men sat there not working but apparently part of the hotel. It felt very unfriendly and almost a bit intimmidating. They eventually agreed to move us to 'quieter' seaview rooms so we agreeed to stay and make the most of it. However, these rooms were below the Reception/seating area where throughout the night people were scraping furniture, running, walking and shouting until the early hours. The restaurant had limited food cooked on the premises but could order things in from the restaurant a few miles away. The bar was also badly stocked and had no wine which is all I drink. After no sleep on the first night we asked to leave but were told we could have no refund for the remaining 2 nights. We were so desperately unhappy we took the risk of leaving first thing with no guaranteed refund. It truly was an awful stay mainly for the noise coming from within the hotel throughout the night.

Die Jungs waren, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Personal hat versucht, allen wünschen nach zukommen. Die Lage ist super! Für Familien ist die kleine Anlage mit ihrem Pool sehr gut geeignet. Danke an das Personal und den Küchenchef. Das Essen und das Frühstück waren auch sehr gut.

Comme les autres années l’hébergement a une vue magnifique , la mer est toute proche à moins de 50 mètres , la piscine est à 2 mètres de la chambre , le petit déjeuner est impeccablement servi et aussi servis à volonté , vous êtes aux petits soins pour l’hôte et c’est très bon comme service … juste un petit travail à faire sur le ravitaillement des papiers toilettes et des essuies à faire un peu plus souvent .. mais il suffit de le demander pour les avoir mais cela ne se fait pas systématiquement … au niveau infrastructure il faut rajouter un hamac , une balançoire géante comme il y’a sur les plages… une fois de plus merci au personnel de leur extrême gentillesse ils font tous du travail professionnel toujours avec la gentillesse et politesse …

Odamizin balkonu çok pisti leş gibiydi hatta randevulu geldik daha temiz bir oda verebilirlerdi biz istemeden terlik bile vermediler el sabunu bile yoktu odada kahvalti fena değildi ama verilen ücretin karşılığı olan bir kalitede değildi calisanlara çok teşekkür ederim hepsi çok güler yuzluydu alınan ücretle verilen kalite arasında fark var özellikle yüksek sezonda dahada fiyatlar artar eminim kalite yoğunluk başladıkça daha da düşer böyle yerlerde umarım öyle olmaz

Otel imkan ve sunmuş olduğu güzellikler bakımından çok güzeldi. Fakat işletme tarzından kaynaklı olabileceğini düşündüğüm bazı sorunlar vardı. Mesela bir gün öncesinden erken giriş yapabileceğimi sorduğum da yetkili kişi çok iyi niyetle odaların müsait olduğunu ve gelebileceğimizi söyledi. Ama otelle 12 gibi gittiğimizde dün bilgi vermiş olmama rağmen bir hazırlık olmaması ve 30 dakikayı aşkın bekletildiğimizde de bundan rahatsızlık duyduğumu ifade edince de olumlu geri dönüş alamaman üzücüydü. Bu da yetmezmiş gibi nerdeyse tüm odalar boş olmasına rağmen tam mutfağın yanındaki ve en sesli odanın tarafımıza verilmesi de çok manidardı. Tek gecelik bir konaklama olduğu için üzerinde durmasam da almış olduğum hizmet ne yazık ki yetersizdi. Bunlara rağmen otelin manzarası ve tesis imkanları gerçekten çok iyiydi bununda hakkını vermem gerekir.
